The conduit could flop

i never even heard of highvoltage software before the conduit was anounced, so i looked up the company, i saw all the other games they made and i wish i did not see because it was full of flops. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Voltage_Software. I realy hope this game does better then everything else they did before. The conduit could flop
any game can flop. whats your point? The conduit could flop
any game can flop. whats your point?
well did you look at the history of the company, the chances of this game floping are higher then the chances of other games floping. SMG could of floped but the chances were low since nintendo usualy gives great games, but a company that has a bunch of flops the chances are much higher
Stop saying flop.

And they dont have publisher restrictions this time around
flopity, flop, flop, flop. That's a funny word isn't it? Flop.
Ah man, I didn't know they were the guys who made the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Video Game. That sucked some major super monkey balls. This company practically hasn't made any good games yet. (I'll go back and check to be sure) I hate to say it, but the conduit could very well flopity, flip, flap, flop.Lets hope it doesn't.
It won't flop as long as everyone continues to fap to it as they do in this forum.
It very well could. That doesn't mean people shouldn't continue to look forward to it.Now, the massive hype-train (I'm looking at you IGN) could certainly slow down though...
It has a chance to floppify but since alot the previews and news related to the game have been good, I think there's a good chance it won't be a floppy game.

Going out and putting $50 on a game after all the dust has settled on it is another. I think games like No More Heroes would agree with my assessment, too. The fact is that despite some of the efforts that the Conduit hopeful are making to hype this game, it's not going to be something that's for everyone, and that's going to be the case regardless of how good this game may actually become. There already goes a nice chunk of potential consumers, so that pretty much leaves those that are really interested in this kind of experience. Seeing as how the Wii isn't exactly established as a system with a lot of well-known names in the FPS universe, the majority of potential buyers for this game is going to fall along the lines of those that have been following the game from the get-go.If The Conduit exceeds my expectations and becomes a rather good game, I hope it does well. Still, it has a ways to go as it stands now.
Define what you mean by ''flop''.

I'm not expecting great things considering how unrealistic the hype is (''it looks like a 360 game!'') and how derivative the game is.
unlikely. the team seems to have much spirit and determination. They have already used other games such as MP3 and MOH as guides. technically speaking, the game looks fantastic. it shows they are taking this game very seriously.
Every company has to start somewhere. Retro hadn't made much of anything good before Nintendo bought them, and then they produced a masterpiece in Metroid Prime(I know Nintendo had influence, but it was still the core Retro). Frontier(Lostwinds) has never made a game I have heard of until Lostwinds(did they even make another game?) and they produced a fabulous WiiWare game. While I do think Conduit has flop written all over it, HVS could possibly produce something great, it wouldn't be the first time that a company has gone from bad to good.
