Dead Rising on Wii. Thoughts?

this wii version of dead rising. hmmm, is it gunna be good or not? dodgy graphics, less zombies. but on the other hand, kill hoardes of zombies with wiimote and sweet res evil 4 style shooting. im kinda siting on the fence on this one, so im gunna take everyone's thoughts into account here.Dead Rising on Wii. Thoughts?
I think it could be fun but they have to polish up the graphics and get more enemies on screenDead Rising on Wii. Thoughts?
im a big fan of the 360 one.. but to be honest the wii one looks rubbish.. i wont speak to soon though,, ill have to wait till it comes out to pass judgement
it looks promising
This might be fun, to just kill zombies, but hopefully it doesnt get boring, or tacky with the wii mote controls.
This might be fun, to just kill zombies, but hopefully it doesnt get boring, or tacky with the wii mote controls.
I hope it will incorporate the same control scheme that RE4 hadand before I forget, this is the new trailer for Dead Rising:Chop till you drophttp://www.nintendowiifanboy.com/2008/08/20/gc-2008-dead-rising-trailer-is-dangerously-bloody/
Looks like a crapfest.
Maybe Dead Rising will end up being fun, but right now it's not looking so hot.
I love the 360 version, but imo this looks absolutely terrible. The whole point of the game is surviving when you're completely surrounded by a ton of zombies. The wii version just looks so empty.
It looks fun, but they NEED to improve the graphicsbut I remember seeing screenshots of Okami before it was released, the graphics also looked like crap.
My thoughts on Dead Rising on the Wii? I don't know, just a general feeling of disinterest.
Im going to try and get it on the release day
I'll wait for review. Right now it seems to be the game the people like to bash.
It looks terrible. I don't think they're even trying.

They're using a downgraded version of the three year-old Resident Evil 4 engine, and even with that they can't seem to shove more than 25 zombies on screen. They're taking a lot of the challenge out of the game and replacing it with waggle.

This absolutely screams ''cash-in''. It sort of angers me that Capcom, home to some of the most talented development teams on the planet, would rather give us ports and watered-down remakes like Okami and Dead Rising than original content like Zack and Wiki.
WTF they are using RE4's controls? Please tell me this is only for shooting and nothing else
On various forums there's been alot of negative reaction and feedback on the visuals I hope Capcom listens I understand their development teams are hard at work on RE5 and SF4 but the individuals doing this need serious help, they aren't even using the Wiimote to it's fullest, swing attacks are done by pressing A on the remote, how lame is that!I have been rooting for the game since it's announcement last month but now after seeing both videos and reading the hands on I feel like Capcom's only commitment is to making a quick buck, the name of the game is to make money but not at the expense of peoples enjoyment.
Graphically, the 360 version beats the wii, there is no way around that. i'll wait to see what the price is and how the reviews are. hopefully, it will be okay.
This game will be terrible if you've even seen the 360 version...If you haven't, it will still probably be terrible...Not looking good right now
I kind of had high hopes for this one when I first heard about it, but now, thinking about the lack of zombies, I'm getting a little depressed.
I don't have nor will I ever have a 360 so I could give a rat's @ss how it differs from that version. I've never played any version of the game so I'm interested in it.
