Is Twillight Princess the best Zelda sin ...

I ask this becasue i had never got round to playing when it came the christmas before last as i couldnt find acopy for the gamecube but my brother got a Wii last xmas and got teilight princess six months agoI think that the score here at gamespot put me off a bit but i got round to playing it a couple of days ago and its absolutely brilliant!! for me definitely the best Zelda for me since OOTit seems to have the same epic atmosphere as the great N64 game did and evokes the memories of playing the game as a kid Although i loved the graphical style of WW, the constant sailing to little island after little island while changing the wind direction got tiresomeWhat are your thoughts on Twilight Princess? how does the GC version compare? Is Twillight Princess the best Zelda sin ...
Whoever rated the gamespot score is an idiot imo, there a few factors wrong with TP, the game is far too easy for any zelda fan, and the overworld doesn't have enough to do, and there should of been atleast 1 more village imo. But apart from that it's an amazing zelda, defintley better than WW, for me anyway, and deserved a 9+ atleast. They seem to think just cause it's similar to the other zeldas that it deserves a lower score, however they are idiots and then go rate the next pro evolution a 9, wait haven't we seen like 20 of them? Is Twillight Princess the best Zelda sin ...
Twiligt Princess is great but in no way the best or even the second best Zelda game. There are just too few sidequests in that game. Why did they stop doing what they did with Majora's Mask and Wind Waker? Those games were filled with sidequests. Wind Waker is the best Zelda game btw. :)
In my opinion, every zelda after A Link to the Past was too easy. When Zelda went 3D, everything got easy. I'm pretty sure I died about 1 time playing WW and OoT combined, and that one death was in OoT. WW was way too easy for me to enjoy. IMO TP is better than WW.
Nah, I thought WW was better... but if you like it more than OoT then go enjoy it.

Surely TP cannot be easier?
Nah,.. TP was a disappointment.

WW + MM > TP
I think Wind Waker is better I thought the graphics fitted nicely with the game. Twilight Princess felt to much like Ocarina Of Time. Thats not a bad thing but I like to see something slighty different in games and I expected alot better.
well since Oot, yes TP is the best.. WW was really good, but it was way too short and way too easy. TP is also very easy, but i like the story more and it is longer.
Oh God noThe only game worse then Zelda Twilight Princess is Zelda II (not counting the versions not on Nintendo systems)WindWaker beats Twilight Princess all hollow Nintendo really needs to rethink how they're going to carry on the franchise because they can't afford another misstep with the franchise
No. I liked Wind Waker much better.Nintendo needs to take more risks with the franchise instead of playing it safe.
IMO, TP is by far the best Zelda. It has an epic story. Great fighting, cool horse back fighting, Wiimote for sword and bow etc...and a bunch of new and cool items. A huge world to explore, tons of heart pieces, secret items, a cool endurance dungeon, EPIC BOSS FIGHTS. Ganon and Zant, 2 of the coolest so far. Tough dungeons. But i know, it was kind of easy, but so is OOT, WW. The dungeons are tougher to beat then the boss. Sounds like a classic Nintendo game to me. Look at Mario, spend 5 min to get to bowser, dying 4 times on the same part of the level, then run and jump over him and bye bye bridge...People who complain about this or even SMG are just nit picking trying to find a Amazing games few flaws.
I don't normally post on these boards but I saw it on the main page. :PI loved TP, it was a bigger more epic Zelda, dungeon design was nice, all the bosses were unique and just felt ''epic''. Its true that it didn't change much from OOT, but at the same time, why mess too much with perfection? And like one of the last posters, I have to bring up the boss fights again, like the one where you use the dual-claw shots and such, it was just soo epic. The problem I had with Wind Waker was all the sailing, it just didn't feel like Zelda.. at all. :/Like *Spoilers Ahead*

I don't remebere it too perfectly, but near the end I think there was like a part where you had a map, to find pieces of a map, to find pieces of the triforce or something * END SPOILERS*

It was one of the most tedious things in the world, I coulden't believe it expected you to do that. I was fine with the graphics and such, but the sailing was too over the top, adding it as an extra element was a good idea, but not as almost, the only element. Also Ganondorf looked a lot more awesome in TP.
Twilight Princess is an excellent game in my opinion, only beaten by Galaxy on the Wii, but I did like Wind Waker better, that's my favorite Zelda personally.
No, that title belongs to Majora's Mask. If you haven't played it, you won't fully understand or appreciate why.

After finishing Wind Waker, I still had tons of sidequests to do. Plus, in my opinion, Wind Waker had the best story.
I honestly think TP is the best Zelda to date my only problem with it is that the bosses are to easy but other than that i loved the whole experience. From the vast world to the actually decent storyline. however i will say the day they put in a more extensive battle system in i will be completly satisfied.
Majoras Mask beats all of the other titles easily...
