IMO this year's summer VC games...

Were nothing compared to last year's. I mean come on! At least I got Megaman and Dr. Mario Online Rx, but seriously! Pretty much all summer releases were garbage compared to last year's. It seems as if every monday there are just bland titles and people say, ''What is this garbage?!'' *holds up flame shield*IMO this year's summer VC games...

There are tons and tons of amazing games on the VC. Do some research. I know you don't own them all.Seriously though, what are you waiting for?

Someones off.But yeah, this summers VC updates weren't all that good. Mario RPG was the onlyupdate Ive been interested in and bought, and Ys I and II Im still waiting for.
I dont quite understand why you would complain about this... when it comes to the VC it doesnt matter wnat is the last thing out since these are all old games... this summer is better because there are all the old games from last year and now the games from this year...VC games arent like wii games where you want the next game to come out because it should make better use of the system than the last game
There are already many good games on VC, but I agree that this summer's releases weren't that good
Earthbound would make the whole summer worth it. WHERE IS EARTHBOUND? I NEED MY EARTHBOUND ON VC!!!!!

while I do love the vc I just wish they dont come out with anything I want till the storage solution is out

There are way more great 3rd party games than there are 1st party, people just need to open there eyes.

[/QUOTE] I guarantee none of these complainers have all the great games on the VC.It's been a while since we got a blockbuster Nintendo title but Europe just got SMRPG (which means it's coming) and Earthbound was rated by the ESRB months ago. People need to be patient, especially since there's not many big games left from Nintendo. There are plenty of great games to hold everyone over.
As far as I'm concerned, if you don't have Ristar on VC, you can't complain about a lack of quality games. It's a fantastic, clever Genesis platformer. Like others have said, there are plenty of good games, you just have to expand your mind beyond Mario and Mega Man.
A lot of appeal to many VC is a nostalgiac factor and being that I didn't touch a game until I played Goldeneye for N64 at a friends house many of the games don't appeal to me in that way. While I still like some of those older games (2D mario is better than 3D imo, Star Tropics is a lot of fun, etc) many of them feel primitive to me. As such I don't care for many of the VC games everyone goes crazy over however what I do want is Majoras Mask. Seriously it would sell a ton and get Nintendo a lot of money. I want that game so bad. I regret selling my N64 all the time
i hope they put super smash bros on the VC.
I never said the third party releases were bad. I don't blame them. I blame Nintendo They haven't released a Nintendo published game since May, and the last three were all puzzle games.
