What Nintendo's given us so far.

I'm not going to shout or point fingers at people but I just want to say this to those who have been voiceing their opinions that Nintendo doesn't care about the hardcore. This is only the Wii's second year out and so far it's only been a year and a half so far. Nintendo's job since 2006, when the Wii was released, has become more difficult because they now have to manage the new casual people. For Nintendo to give us, the insatiable, hardcore, Nintendo junkies , Metroid, Dr. Mario, Galaxy, Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, Brawl, Mario Kart and soon Sluggers and Wario Land PLUS most of their NES, SNES, and N64 titles PLUS manage the DS and its first-party titles, PLUS Annouce New IPs (Sadness, Disaster, Captain Rainbow, hello?) PLUS manage Wiiware and the VC is a huge feat. I'm not defending them, I'm just telling you to look at this from a different perspective. Nintendo isn't God, they're a business and what they've given us hardcore so far is brutal hard work. A lot of these titles Nintendo has been planning for years so they need some rest time especially to keep on the heels of these games that they've just put out. I noticed that Iwata apologized for E3 but did the fans EVER send him a thank you letter for all of Nintendo's hard work for the past 20 years? I guess not. It's because of all the pressure that we're getting stuff like Captain Rainbow and Wii Music. I'm satisfied and am playing the first 2 Metroid Primes before Metroid Prime 3 just to get the gist of the Prime story. I hope you guys really think about the essence of what you're saying. They said it with Galaxy: They took their time to make a quality game and will do the same thing with the next Mario game. If I can wait I'm sure you guys can too. What Nintendo's given us so far.
...Nintendo isn't God....
Blasphemy... :lol:Just kidding. At first I thought this was a post opposite from what you wrote, but was pleasantly surprised when I read it, and I totally agree. What Nintendo's given us so far.

They have the money to expand their workforce to cover any extra workload created by the VC and WiiWare and all that other stuff you mentioned. It shouldn't really be an issue. The fact is they are simply focusing on other things right now, and as a gamer and fan of Nintendo, that is not what I want them to be doing. I don't blame them for it, but don't expect me to happy about it either. And yes, I've sent them hundreds of dollars in thank you's over the years.
Yeah when you think about it we've recieved a bunch of good games from Nintendo like Brawl, Mario KArt, Galaxy, Paper Mario.
